Module 6: Section A 

Activity: Completing Section A of your EHC plan

For this activity you will need to open your saved draft EHCP and the sample advice set that you used previously, and complete Section A.

Make sure that you use all of the relevant advice/information, including both dedicated child/young person and parent/carer views forms and any family views shared within professional assessment reports. You can also refer back to Units 2 and 3 of this module for guidance on best practice for completing Section A. Remember that you can download the course notes for this module for easy reference.

As before, when completed, save your draft EHCP on your computer and upload this latest version by clicking on the ‘Upload file’ button below. This will allow you to view an example of how you could have completed Section A of this plan, before you move on to the next module.
